Hoarding Situation in Murrieta Hot Springs?

Bad rental situation
It had been a year since I did the last inspection on my rental property in Murrieta Hot Springs. The former resident lived alone and had recently passed away, so I knew there would be some things left in the house that would need to be removed. From the outside, the house appeared to be in good condition, but when I went inside, I was faced with a hoarding situation. Garbage, stacks of newspapers and magazines, clothes sat in piles on the furniture, and the kitchen looked and smelled awful. I recognized at once that this was a hoarding situation and that I would need to call in a professional service to clean and restore my rental property.
I called SERVPRO® of Murrieta and they sent a clean up and restoration team out who took care of everything. They removed and disposed of the contents of the house, and then completely cleaned, sanitized, and deodorized the walls, floors, carpets, bathrooms, and kitchen. They repainted the interior and by the time they completed the job, you would never know that there had been a hoarding situation!
