The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is the nonprofit certifying body for the cleaning and restoration industry. Our technicians are immersed in IICRC coursework on the topics of water restoration, fire restoration, mold remediation, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and other cleaning and restoration courses.

Employee Certification Training

This is a voluntary program that is designed so SERVPRO franchise employees can study and work at their own pace to attain specialized training and certification after completing the course materials and an examination on these modules:

• Crew Training
• Fire Restoration
• Water Restoration
• Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

Initial, e-Learnings, and Continuing Education Classes

After the 15-day intensive training, other training cover many restoration topics, including:

• Fire Restoration
• Water Restoration
• Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
• Mold Mitigation

We also provide web-based training to give our employees access to ongoing education and e-learning. It is a voluntary program that is designed to keep office staff and technicians up-to-speed on industry standards.
